Shivam Yoga techniques

The Shivam Yoga techniques work by themselves. Naturally with the frequent practice of the “Yoguim”, Sadhaka, it promotes a better health on all levels of being: physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual.

The Shivam Yoga System is a Traditional Yoga School. Its strength integrates the people, Sadhakas, around the practice, meaning and behaviour of the school.

With each practice, with each meeting and experience we keep ourselves more integrated with “Egregore“, it is a concept representing a “thought form” or “group mind”; resulting in uncountable life benefits: resistance, discipline, harmony, integration, balance, energy, awareness, beauty, strength, flexibility, force, self control, self knowledge and other powers.

The orthodox Shivam Yoga practice works through several Angas (parts): Dharana (mental concentration), Pujas (energy transfer), Pranayamas (breathing exercises), Asanas (techniques of flexibility, balance, stretching, force and spine spinning), Yoganidra (relaxation), Dhiana (Meditation) and Mantras. In fact, it is as a traditional ritual where the Sadhakas realize and improve all levels of the body: physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. The people ,Sadahakas, practice Shivam Yoga and get benefits on all these levels from the very first class.

The Shivam Yoga makes no distinction of age or level. It encourages all Sadhakas to make their own possible best and guides people with technique and knowledge to teach and ask what’s possible for each one, respecting the limits, but at the same time pushing limits too.
